Important Notice

Buyer must preserve the original package, packaging material, and items until the issue is resolved. Without these, the return process will be canceled.

Return Eligibility

Returns are valid only under the following conditions:

  • Received damaged items
  • Missing items in delivery
  • Non-working items
Time Limit for Returns

You must report any issues within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Standard Return

  2. We arrange free pickup
  3. We inspect the item
  4. Replacement or refund issued
Self-Ship Return

When pickup isn't available:

  • Customer ships item back
  • We refund shipping up to ₹100
  • Same inspection process
Inspection Note

If items are found working, we deduct shipping charges from both sides and refund only the item price.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items with solder marks (BMS, power bank modules)
  • Items with cut wires or sockets
  • Broken motors or lithium-ion battery packs
