Warranty Policy

We provide warranties on lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs (12V to 72V) and specific chargers. Please review the details below.

  • Applies to lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs (12V to 72V) and select chargers.
  • Warranty details are specified in the product description box.
  • If no warranty period is mentioned, the product is not covered under warranty.

  • Invoice copy and warranty card are mandatory for claims.
  • If not received, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or collect from our store.
  • Claims without these documents will be rejected.

  • Buyer pays courier charges to send the item for repair.
  • Return shipping after repair is also at the buyer’s expense.

Warranty is void if:

  • Physical damage, tears, water damage, cut/altered connectors, or misuse is found.
  • A lead-acid or incorrect charger is used on lithium batteries.
  • Damage occurs due to improper connections, open electrical joints, or wrong wiring.

Battery capacity degrades over time. Claims for low backup/mileage are accepted only if capacity falls below:

2nd Year 75%
3rd Year 65%

  • Free servicing during the service warranty period.
  • Replacement parts, if needed, are at the customer’s cost.

  • The item’s serial number label must remain undamaged.
  • Repairs may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the issue.
